There’s no substitute for networking with artists, labels, publishers, and other songwriters. That includes going to conferences, songwriter rounds, attending concerts and getting to know the artists. (I don’t know if I read what genre this guy plays.)

We have been doing that to a greater or lesser degree for many years - he even had a page at mp3.com  more than a decade ago. We have an A4 hardback address book containing all the sites. We have some of his music uploaded to about 20 Indy sites at the moment ( it was a lot more but many of them fell by the wayside). His full catalogue is on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, Google, Deezer etc etc


I am not sure what else we can do.
