Sound skulptor Stereo Tape emulator : changing vu meters

Hi all,
I finished a Sound skulptor STS, and it works well, but i would like to change the enclosure and the frontpanel...i would like to replace the Leds vu meter with  2 vintage vu meters...is it easy to do ?  I just want to display the output level, the best would be those vu meters : https://www.don-audio.com/Vintage-Meters-VM-B10-Retro-VU-Meter
