Speaker filter inductors as EQ inductors

As the title says, I have a few high quality speaker filter inductors coming from 70s Bang & Olufsen speaker, and I was wondering if I could use them as inductors for a passive EQ? I am a complete newbie to inductors, so I hope this is not a dumb question, or that it has not been asked somewhere on GDIY before...

There is no reason in principle why they shroud not be used. However, the values of inductance used in audio EQs are generally many times larger than the values used in speaker filters.
