Somebody wrote that it should be in the gmail account but i cant log in as nobody knows the security question that

Looking at the schematic trying to figure out the relays for the mid bands.  In the filter section there is what looks like a dpdt switch labeled RL1/ RL2  I'm assuming that this is for the relays in the sections on the far right of the document that use the multiply and divide feature.  Am i correct in this?  Even if I am, I'm having a hard time visualizing the implementation.
