SSL patchbay

Hi!
Anyone knows which patchbays are used on SSL consoles?
I have to add a patch on my SSL MT+ and I would like to use the same patch (just for aesthetical reason...)
They seem to be Mosses & Mitchell but I can't find a grey model on their website.

they never return phone calls or e-mails.  unless you are hiring them for a job. don't really sell parts either.

They used Moses & Mitchel jacks, they may have had the fields (panels) made, as they used several different hole arrangements. I believe I have a few 56 wide empty panels if that is any help.

Faceplates were custom powder coated to match the color of the consoles. How many points are you looking for?

96 (2x48) but if I can't match the color I'll buy a standard M&M or a Neutrik

Hi, first of all, I'm new to this forum and haven't posted anything to date. Secondly, I used to work for SSL between 1980-87 and know a lot about their patchbays and wiring throughout the years. To answer your question, SSL first used Audioline jacks and then Mosses and Mitchell. They specified them first in chrome plating for the ground bush contact and then changed to Nickel around the late 80's. The front panels were all made by an SSL contractor to their spec and were unique in as much that they were not available from any other supplier (not even M&M). SSL made 64, 80, 96 and 112 way versions in a 19" width available in Raven Splatter, Raven, Raven splatter (metallic) and finally, G series grey. There are a lot of second hand versions available out there but I have some unused mostly 96 way G series grey front panels (along with tiebars, supports, screws and ident strips) available if it helps. I have around 5000 jacks and many front panels or made up SSL patchbays in stock, some of which are shown on my website (www.profcon.co.uk).
