SSL9k... adding an hi-pass filter...

I have some tube mics without the hi-pass filter, and sometimes i have troubles with them for example when the singer make steps around the mic stand, oh yes, i know, i can cut this low frequencies from the eq, but i don't want to record them...

What is the suggested freq. for an hi-pass filter ?
What is the math to calculate parts values ?
