is it okay to use a vertical switch insted of a right angle?
how do i know the if the pins connected by wire,are in the correct positions in the board?.
sorry for the most stupid question i ever saw.

SPST, SPDT, DPST, DPDT, etc.?

Do you mean is it ok to use a "push switch" instead of a "toggle switch"?

Most switches have the same pin-out. You can test them with a multimeter.
