TC (Totally Crap) electronic D-two: Factory user presets

Who can help me out with the TC electronic D-two user factory presets.  Could't find them on the net, not even at TC. Support is very poor in the Benelux. They charge almost the same as the new price and they even don't guarantee that the presets will be restored.

Try updating the firmware and it should put them back in.  I have one I'll see if I can dump the syses file of them.

I've tried to update the firmware twice but the display started counting and hung on a number for ever, so no luck there.
I'm always a bit scared about updating firmware, I once ruined my lynx aurora HD cards, lucky me lynx has got great support and fixed them fast and for free.

yes,saxmonster, it doesn't work like discribed above. But if you would be so kind  to do a midi bulk dump that would be great. Push the setup  key and choose midi bulk dump.

I tried doing a bulk dump tonight and no luck, did you see the menu right before Bulk Dump it says program bank (Prg Bank) That should be set to factory.

I'll try the midi dump tomorrow again.

No that's for midi program change: to choose between user bank and factory bank

What the heck, I go to the to the midi dump and hit enter and nothing.  Its not sending any midi out.

I don't think it ever worked or I ever worked on it again. I don't think I have it. If I ever come across it I will message you again.
