We found these (presumably) 2520 clones in a box.
The boss has no idea where they came from or what they would have been installed in. SMD components on the bottom and soldering was very sloppy / cold joints on pads, so maybe DIY? I’ve looked way back on old projects and can’t find anything that matches this profile.
I have since cleaned them up and running one in a preamp right now — sounds good to me.
TO-92 transistors are BC560 and output pair is BD135 and 136. Output drivers get warmer than I’d assume they should.
