TEAC 90-16 Pinch Roller - Replacement or Refurbish?

I have a client who is fixing up a TEAC 90-16 1-Inch machine that could use a replacement pinch roller.

Does anyone know if there is a currently available replacement for sale somewhere? Or someone who can refurbish the original one?
