Before I grab one of those cd's off ebay, would any kind soul have a service manual for a Tek fg502 funkjen?

Sorry, best I could find is a manual for a similar (but not VERY similar) function generator from the same series:

I did check the Tektronix site first. They have many manuals online but none for the FG series.

How about a manual for the Tektronix SC502 plugin scope or DM502 multi-meter? Anybody? Buehler?
