Pricedrop for tested NOS cheaper eastern europe tubes: Tesla and EF860 are 10EUR per pc now. Many pc available, EF860's are brand new in box(goldpin tubes 295mA heater current) Tesla coming from 100pcs cartons. All very low noise and microphonics.

No they are not interchangeable. Ef800 is the longlife version of ef80,(improved version of ef14) the ef806 is the longlife version of the ef86.(successor version of ef40 rimlock tube)
