Telefunken M5C Fast Forward and Play Problems

I have a beautiful Telefunken M5C that is giving me some trouble with the transport lately.
First Problem is shown in the video.

Second problem is that the fast forward is not properly working. It only works if I manually press the the tension arms toward the inside of the machine.

Your takeup tension is low, indicating a problem with the takeup side motor. Could be lots of things. Take it to a tech.

Apart from a mechanical issue, I would look first to the start cap on the take-up motor.

Thanks for your answers. I recapped the unit completely just one cap that is behind a lot of things I didn't. After digging in the service manual I found out that it is part of the ciruit that delays the take-up motor and you can trim the time there. But for now the trimmer does nothing.
I ordered the cap and see how if it gets better.
I want to bring it to a tech cause all the mechanical stuff I can't do but it's not so easy nowadays to find a studio tape machine tech.
