Have you considered using a ina103 preamp chip? I have a design as used by a famous company as inputs for the 16x2 stereo mixers. Aside from the tubes in the stereo bus it’s all preamp chip and ic’s. Anyone interested?
I am, but you're afraid to post.
How are we going to settle this?

Hmmmmm....that is(was?) John Klett's website. He's been in the pro audio biz for decades. I hope he's OK.
The following message was there when I accessed it today:

note: I am moving this site to another host that, I hope, will not be pushing me in to word press (gaaaak!), which I don't/won't use, but they charge me for anyway. I am happy with the mid '90's primitive vibe. We are otherwise back to work doing mysterious audio things.

big difference then public posting, private DM sending it and a redraw.
;)

As I have certain obligations and legal documents in place I can't publicly post. But I can hint at it.

[I have a design as used by a famous company as inputs for the 16x2 stereo mixers] -- Out of curiosity.....if you were to PM me this "famous" schematic that you have and I then recreated/redrew it using one of my schematic CAD-design programs.....could you then post THAT???..... I believe, as far as copyright laws go, the transferring of a "work" from one type of media to another type of media (which ends up being -- the same thing, only different) is considered to be....."a new work of art". Maybe???.....
