[quote author="Gustav"]So whos up for a platebuilding thread?
You guys think I can use a copper plate?

I'm up for it! Let's keep it civil.
From another thread:
[quote author="SSLtech"]I myself have repaired, serviced and rebuilt several EMT plates. There's a single Ecoplate here, and I'm not really a fan, -I wouldn't slam it, but the EMT's really are better, though I know that not everyone can own one.

Hey Keith, I'm interested in what difference you noticed between the echoplate and the EMT since I'm in the process of building a plate.
Do you think it is an amplifier issue or the actual construction of the echoplate being inferior? I ask because the founder of echoplate sent me schems of the amplifiers and they where all chip-affairs, so maybe they could be pimped up with some mojo-rich amps?
Cheers,
