Hello to all,

just wanted to show you my latest masterpiece...

Fresh pepper

cut it up

2Kg of fresh beef nicely cleaned of all fat and cut to little pieces

Now the key ingredient - SMOKED HAM!!!

Some herbs and other vegetables

Heat up some oil on the big pot

And first, add the smoked ham to let its juice out

Now add a lot of chopped onions (this is just the first hand)

Than beef

then chopped carrots

some celery and parsley root

tomatoes

fresh peppers

keep cooking for 1 hour on low fire

the way to get some 2nd harmonic taste into it is to keep adding some beef soup when the sauce evaporates, and keep doing it for 2 more hours

don't forget some red wine, salt, pepper and other secret ingredients of your choosing ...

boiled some gnocchi on the side

someone is hungry

Had some friends over, we killed ourselves from food and wine...

Regards, Renx.

and i run out of cooking ideas sometimes so...  ;D.

Yes, there should be a DIY recipe section underneath the brewery. Flavours from all over the world!
Thanks for sharing!
