TLM 103 / 102 diaphragm damage question

Hey y’all!

Long time lurker, first time poster

I got a couple of Neumann diagrams through eBay a couple of years ago and have kept them safe but haven’t known if I could use them in some possible diy mic clones.

Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on having to reskin these diagrams? Or should I go ahead with building and see if I can hear these issues?

Also, while I’m at it, the TLM 103 diaphragm has the circuit board but it didn’t come with the extra board that has the HPF and pad on it. Does anyone have any schematics for that board or know if I could bypass that board and go straight to the XLR pins?

IIRC it's a simple hi-pass switch, without it enabled the circuit is flat.
