Toneluck Switch Caps

Anyone know where I can find the old switch caps that have a clear plastic top and open and close like an eye, with a color in the center.  I believe they were used on API consoles and the older Aphex 500 series stuff.

They fit on Toneluck style switches.

I have heard them called "cat eye" and "wink eye" switches, but do not know of a modern manufacturer.

The originals were Schadow I believe. C&K took over the line many years ago. Mouser has some in stock.
