Urei 1176 rev F low output

Hi,

I think my 1176 is not working properly. It seems to me that its output has reduced about -11dbs, aprox. With input and output fully clockwise I only get 32 dbs of gain instead of the 43-44 it should have.

I have fully recapped it, I have installed nos input and output pots and i have checked main voltages, but no success.
I would really appreciate any help…
