would it make sense to have a new users right to post more then one post restricted, until liked by one of the other users? might be good against spam. not that we get lots of it...

I often gong spam, even before receiving moderation center complaints.

Perhaps limiting new posters to one post a day at first would cut down on the more prolific spammers.

Waiting for a like might take forever for some people.  ;D

LOL. Whatever. Hey, I don't use buttons of any kind anyway.
I just say "I like your post" or something else appropriate. 
That way you can even use some nuance.
