Voltage selector of 110 and 240 volts for my build.

I am trying to figure out how to wire my voltage selector for my Mnats 1176 Rev D and La2a Drips V3. I have these power transformers,
Hammond 369JX http://www.hammondmfg.com/pdf/5c0028.pdf
and the Hairball Power Transformer on his site

Is there an instruction manual somewhere to build this? I did the search function and no luck.

I will be plugging this into a 240 volt power socket but I would like the option for a Voltage Selector incase I decide to plug this into 110 volts.
