Want to check an old Utc Ha100 black can transformer to see if it's good

I have measured pin 1 and 6 with ohm meter test 68 ohms.  When i measure pin 7 and 10 i get nothing very high mega ohm reading. When i inject a 1 volt 40hz signal into pin 1 and 6  i get 1.8 volts on pin 7 and 10.  Am i checking this correctly I am new to this and need to be sure.

1 to 6 with 3 strapped to 4:  63.5 ohms
7 to 10 with 8 strapped to 9:  3156 ohms
7 to 9:  1561 ohms
8 to 10:  1595 ohms

Some digital meters don't like reading the resistance of inductors.........
