Yes I got a few of those as well during Ethans attempt to update the software, not scam just bad url fallout from the failed upgrade, nothing to worry about, pretty normal as far as I can tell...

Yes, this is part of the update Ethan tried to make, tagging names in post, and giving you notifications of it (My best guess at least, I got a few of those too)

I dont know about the second part, though.
