What can this iron be used for?

I have a couple of Sowter 3612´s left after slaughtering my old Midas console (they were output transformers on the group channels). I am pretty new to this whole DIY world, so I thought I`d ask you guys for advice of what to do with these babies. I e-mailed Sowter to get more info about the transformers, here`s the answer:

This transformer has a 30 ohm CT primary. The secondary is 600 ohms tapped at 200 and 30 ohms.

Ok, so what exactly does that mean, and what are good projects to try this out in? I`m building a 1176 and a LA4a, can it be used here?
