Where can I find "blade" switches?

Where can I find "blade" switches?  Not cheaper type used in guitars but one used in Neumann console and others..........5-12 positions...

Not easy to find in small quantities. Maybe http://uraltone.com/kauppa/index.php?cat=c53_Rotary-switches.html  - type KXM. I don't know if they can be set for less than 23 steps.
