Just getting to the wiring phase of the new tracking room that will be connected to 2 Control Rooms.
I've got the multi pair mic cables and headphone cables, speaker cable.
What other cables, types of cable should I run with future plans for video, personal headphone mixes or any other things. Anything else might I need?

cat5 cat6 is fairly inexpensive and offers future compatibility and connectivity. As it stands right now a lot of personal headphones mixing systems are cat 5 like the hearback systems and others.  Also might consider adding HDMI for video, BNC is good for woodclock and other digital connections

To Winetree:  The "CAT" cables are all 4-pair twisted, originally designed for wired LAN systems.  The higher number (ie, CAT6) just means a tighter spec'ed cable.  So, run CAT6 cable.

The Hearback cue system requires a "home run" from each headphone "pod" back to the "brain".  Thus, if you plan to use six pods, then you will need six CAT cable runs from the tracking space back to the "brain".

One possible method to organize a bunch of CAT cable runs is to connect them into a patch panel, like one of these:

With proper adapters on each end, CAT6 cables can also carry HDMI video and all sorts of other signals.
