I replaced the backlight and using the A2 myself now.

sorry for being late. I can't remember but I think I found somewhere the part number and went hunting. Bought the replacement on a surplus store.
Open it up and look for a brand or number etc.

Oh and my new display has good contrast but not super bright. I wonder if in the original unit there is a clearer backlight. I've seen somewhere a A2 with a blue backlight. Probably not original.
