I've got no objections. I'm very fond of this design, it worked perfectly and it will live in another redesigned form as a 500-style module where I don't have to count every milliampere of current (hence the discrete sidechain in the phantom powered version), but this version is, well, discounted. But you have to note that the 8 gain reduction diodes has to be matched and the transformers are our secret. I can only tell they had ratios of 2:1 and 6:1. The output impedance of the input attenuator formed a low cut with the first's transformer inductance and there's a slight passive bass boost after that transformer to simulate a "head bump".
