Any front panel express layouts for the classic LA-2a, 1176?

I've searched and don't see any fpd files for the single units, only dual cased la-2a's and 1176's. Is there a layout for Front Panel Express out there that's the same as the original without the logo? I have a bunch of gutted rack enclosures here i'd like to put to good use Any help greatly appreciated!
