Harrison 4032 +18V rail problem

Hi , a friend of mine owns an upgraded Harrison 4032 with some issues at the +18v rail ( as he describes it)
Problem is that the rail switches on an off at random intervals , indicated by the LED at the PSU.
I will have a check over there and maybe I can take some tips and experiences with  me from owners who had the same issues .
