Neumann K103, is it usable in u67 or U47 without any modifications?

hi, the k103 needs a slight de-emphasis in the high end (however usable without) , but , you major issue is that that you want to use a cardioid only capsule inside a multipattern microphone...
You need a dual sided capsule.

Yes, if it's to your taste, you can get a modern sound. I tested the K103 capsule in t.bone SCT700 (cardioid only), with a 12ax7 Tungsram NOS tube, soldered directly on the PCB. I liked the radio ready character, detailed, with slight saturation, well defined in the mix.
On some voices it can accentuate the sibilants, but any Deesser solves the problem.
But you only have the capsule from TLM103?

No, I am just trying to test different capsules from different types and makers. I am trying to find out what actually is a good one to my ears, I am not shure what "googd" is? And sincet the 103 is a Neumann, relatively cheap to test.
