Saddles for bm-800 body for 34 mm and 25 mm capsules with good fit to body. This time I made only 6 different models because now I know more clear how all this working, so I guess I no need too much different type of this saddles in this case. 25mm saddle is enough durable and I guess possible print it with 50% or 25% filling and 1mm edges. Sizes in mm on photo. Weight of one saddle around 3,2-3,8 gram wich was already done. I recomend 0,2 mm printing resolution to this saddles.

Files is updated and now it is look like correct!!!

So this how looks final product. I create it for dirrect replacing of standart saddle in bm800 mic like on photo №3. Distance beetwen screws is same in this case.

And about 3d printing here is prices on this is very different some people and organisations wants like 10$ just when you write to they about some kind of working for 3d printing. So 1 this piece can cost 10$, and 10 pieces 18$. but later I found here some guy who can print to me 24 pieces of this saddels in 3,3$ tottal price, so it is extremly cheap like 0,14$ per one piece with pteg plactic. But actual price on this work I guess 0,3-1$ per piece and not more. Also quality of this printing can be better with SLA printing tehnology for examle but not always it is available with normal price. Here is used 0,2 mm resolution of printing and 100% filling of model inside wich is optimal with price-quality I guess.

Later I will mount it in mic body with capsule but now I still don`t have this saddles in my hands, also here is problem with screws, before I guess there is m1,4 screws on capsule but there is m1,6 so i still can`t mount this capsule tottaly and in shop this screws is not available.

In short height models, it maybe difficult to turn the screws, but I will be able to check this later

I saw some saddle before here True Condenser OPA Mics but I was not sure about it is will be enough good for bm800 body. So idea I got from there, but I made models for bm800 body clearly. So I no need just printing "something" and try after this how it is will be. THis is reason why I did it. Also I need some practice in 3d modelling.

Also there is nylon printing is quite expencive, here prices is more low on it, but in my case it was very cheap so for me it is also good. Also I need place capsule maximum in center in microphone body this reason why I did models with small height, There is can be hard to rotate screws but capsule in this case must be is not too much on top in the body.

So I don`t stole any idea here, I just made it different and for my self.

Looks like i made big mistake here. And this saddle will be turned on 90 degrees.

I will check how it is will be in my body later. But now looks like i did it not correct. I will rebuild it in this case, but now i can't recommend for print it.

Now i finally at home and can check how it is fit. And yes i made mistake. Capsule look in wrong direction. But i any way i can check on this saddles how all this printing working and i hope next generation of this model of saddle will be even better. On photo 12mm height saddle. Screw hard to rotate but possible. Also i can show what kind of tape mounting i am using in this case. Later i will rebuild this saddles in correct way.

also this plastic from 3d printing is pretty durable.

This is final result and h10 saddle on photo with screws. Somehow after this printing holes in bottom is bit smaller than it was before but possible rotate m2,5 screws inside it. So i guess now all is done and i have enough saddles for myself.

For capsule mounting screws with 5-6 mm lenght is good here.

Gain level is 100% and +20 db added also
