Hiya Chaps,

Just been given some old valves by a friend, and I haven't seen them before.
does anyone know what they are ?, aparently came out of an old radio ?

1x EABC 80,(ediswan)rectifier?
1x ECC35 ?,(ediswan)
1x 6C9,(Mazdavalve)
1x 6F15,(Mazdavalve)
2x 6P1. (mazdavalve) some sort of O/P ?

havent got my camera in the house at the mo, i/ll put a few pics up tomorrow.

the eabc80 is a special radio valve. it houses one triode an 3 triodes
the ecc35 is a double triode.
the 6c9 is a penthode.
the 6f15 is a vari mu penthode used in old receivers voor automatic gain control in the if stage
the 6p1 is an output penthode i think. it would do 2.5w in se. in pushpull that can be around 6w probably.

could it be used for AF ? basic vari-mu compressor type thingy :wink:
