Hi all.
I have 2 Cinemag CM-DBX "Direct Box" transformers and would like to build, well, a DIY Direct Box that suits my application...
I'd like to be able to feed it unbalanced TS (1/4" from a synth) and then have it put out a signal so I can plug it into my consoles mic pre (XLR jacks).
I have the data sheet from Cinemag but am unclear on what circuit to use & if its right for my application, or maybe there are other ways I can try.
Are there any simple circuits/diagrams demonstrating the proper way to wire these bad boys up?
Suggestions ? Parts / Component Values?
I will be housing it all in a small metal project box so I can plug various synths into it.
Thanks in advance.
