I've lost my power cord for an old Drumkat.

I'd like to DIY a new cord directly but wanted to double check which is hot & neutral?
Inside I see the obvious green ground. There's a white wire going from one pin to a transformer & off the other pin there's a blue wire going to a fuse then switch. I'm assuming this is the hot & the white is neutral? Does this sound correct?
