Any of you guys use VMware Fusion ?

I'm currently using version 3.1.2.
I'm thinking about upgrading to 4.  Has anyone had problems upgrading?  Did anything break?  Was there any real performance enhancement (they claim up to 2.5times faster) compared to version 3?
