I have been emailing Tim for the last 3 months or so, and I've yet to make it on his list. I don't mind though, because he's doing us a favor by making these excellent capsules available at a great price.

Le: You might want to consider buying a C12 capsule from Beesneez. In the meantime try to get on Tim's list, and if you don't like the Beesneez in your mic, you can swap it out for Tim's capsule and sell your Beesneez. I suspect both capsules will sound excellent, and it will give you a chance to compare them and choose the one you like best for your particular application.

Hmmm, it looks like the price of the Beesneez K12 went up to $430.00.

Interestingly, my credit card company charged me a 3% currency conversion fee without warning me first. Does anyone know if there a way around this?

F.Y.I.  There's a conversion rate charge, Paypal charges a 2.5 point spread and with shipping,
the T.C.'s capsules cost me $430.00 apiece with a 9 month wait.

The guy is probably too busy with commercial commitments to be worried about one off's these days.

hit up shannon at MicRehab to make you one.  he built a capsule for my CV4, and it's an unbelievable mic now.  He maintains BlackBird Studio's collection of vintage mics.  You can PM him on realgearonline.com, his username is sinsay.  http://realgearonline.com/user/105
