are you trying to do toroidals with it too?

If not, you can DIY one for a hundred to 2 hundred.

No toroids, just simple input transformers.

I saw so nice winding machines in Mumbay. I dared to ask the price, because I knew I would regret leaving without one. They were really heavy and I already bought that huge horn speaker.  ;D

save half the money for wire, insulation, tape, mandrels, bobbins, lams, O-scope if you don't have one, signal generator and maybe an extra voltmeter so you can read current and voltage at the same time,
