A little help with a French abbreviation please

Reconing a PHL 15" driver, and the included tube of glue has "DLU : 7/4/2015" printed on it.

Would this be the date of manufacture, or the expiration date?

Trust me, I did google and google translate. But with just three letters to start with, nothing relevant showed up. Dynamic Local User? Dali airport? Darwin's Lego Universe? Google translate was just as useless: DLU = DLU.
