Neither nor...
More a "use my desk and you owe me some studio time for my own productions" deal.

HOME studios is one of the three big studios in Hamburg.

It will be interesting to see how much they use it. Am I right in thinking it has a power on hours counter?

Right Ian. They've used it for 220 hours in the last 10 month.
