Help identifying Guitar Amp problem

I have this Fender FM212 DSP that I haven't used for a long while. I switched it on yesterday and it makes a weird noise that I have linked here:

Any ideas? It's an SS amp BTW.

Some of the Fender DSP amps liked to burn-up their +/-15V supplies. Toasted PCB under large resistors near cooked Zeners.

I think a guitar-amp forum would know much more about which-models and easiest-fixes.
