Greetings,
My shop is working on a rack of old Neve modules for a client. Over the years of trying to keep them running, several of the switch assemblies have gotten beyond any remedy. Specifically, the input sensitivity assemblies and the HP filters on the 1073s and the combination HP/LP filters on the 1080s.
So far, I've mailed Blore and Audio Maint in the UK (who both show exactly what I'm looking for on the web pages), Switchdoctors (location not known) and a few others. Most have not even replied at all. I have the relevant "EK" and "MK" numbers for the assemblies, which I've sent on with prints, etc. to Switchdoctors, who was the only one I've been able to get any reply from . Can anyone suggest a vendor (preferably in the US) or anywhere else that would ship to US that may be able to help?
I realize there is a possibility of assembling these switches with various parts, but would much prefer a "drop in" solution (yes, I realize I'll need to swap over all the resistors, etc.).
Thanks in advance for any leads, I've been trying for a few months with no luck yet and my client is starting to get nervous.
Regards, Jim
