Not sure if this is the right place to post this but there you go:

Well, over the years I have talked to a lot of people that bought the above (supposedly) complete kit and received a bunch of (wrong) PCBS, (wrong) metal work and no instructions whatsoever.

Now Pedro owns Heritage audio and he has a beautiful website and a video out ( I prompt you to watch it):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9xLA-qvv08

I know of a lot of (good) people on the Prodigy Forum who, like myself, invested a lot of money in his "kit" right before he vanished and I wonder if anyone still feels the hitch of letting the guy know about it.

This community has been built on trust between members and hard work and it has stayed like this since I joined years ago.
Pedro has done the opposite and not only to me, if I look at the amount of kits he has sold and unsatisfied customers he has left behind.

Thoughts?

Matt.

You can always leave comments or ask questions under the Youtube videos....

Hi Matt,

The 2254 Cards I have from Pedro work. There are one or two errors on the BA185 card that are documented here:

The various component differences are in fact different revisions and this might cause the confusion. I think Pedro did mention this somewhere (??)

I have been late in this game and bought the kit from a forum member.
Apart from pretty heavy wiring my unit is fully working and based around Pedros's cards. See here:

In Nov. 2017 we did a 'Diode Compressor' comparison in Jens' Studio:

I built mine according to Neve Docs. Let me know if you need something.

To be fair there were red flags right away with Wonderland and I think people need to take some responsibility for jumping in.  There's always a risk with new members and vendors, it's part of the DIY game.  If you want guarantees and certainty you buy commercially made gear.  I've only had one bad experience here and it was with Abe's PPR Vari-mu, the errors in the layout etc were so shoddy that I lost all faith in building it, but it was my risk.

IME experience the sexier the product the more people seem willing to take a chance, mention the word Neve and people are sending hundreds of dollars in a heartbeat.

I understand your frustration and I appreciate the heads up that it's the same guy but I very much doubt you'll get any satisfaction.  If you want to help perhaps start a new thread for buyers of those "kits" and share info on what the errors were and how to complete the projects?
