Thanks James and Bruce. I may go with the Ohmites, since their form factor is good, although for a couple dollars more I might try the caddocks. I'm sure either way they are probably fine.
 
You people are way over-thinking this, or not understanding the amount of noise of the circuits in question.

Any noise in any of the resistors mentioned here is insignificant/negligible compared to the crud around the resistor. These parts of the circuits are extremely high impedance. No matter how clean your build is, any resistor noise is going to be meaningless compared to wiring and the probable solder blobs and "no-clean" rosin or whatever crud present around these parts of the circuit. Whether your build is the best and most optimal in the world this still applies.

In other words, just order whatever is convenient and be happy. No guesswork involved. It's not the sixties anymore.
