3 Position Footswitch?

Hello folks, I'm considering designing a custom box (pedal) for my friend, which requires 3 routing options for each of 4 inputs - thru, to fx loop, and off. He'd like it as a stomp box, was hoping to find an ON-ON-OFF (or something similar) DPDT footswitch, but have not been able to find anything like it...does such a thing exist?
