3 PSUs in one case

I am thinking of putting 3 PSUs in one case
each PSU has a on/off SPDT switch for mains on/off

What is the best way to do this?
3 separate IEC inlets grounded to a single point
1 IEC inlet with distribtion three sets of wires to the 3 x on/off switches..

I want to do the 3x IECs but want to make sure I am not doing anything stupid to zap myself

you should wire from a single IEC to the switches and then add a fuse on the + leg before you get to the transformers. You will be all set.

You can do both, but why would you want to use three power cords?

or 1 fuse for the incoming power and three fuses for the transformer high voltage secondaries.
