Greetings everyone,
Thanks for approving me on the forum.
I've been looking for a schematic of a decent 4-band eq for my eurorack system.
I've given myself the following requirements:
-High, High Mid, Low Mid, Low band;
-Isolator-style gain range: -40dB to +6dB approx.;
-The middle bands should have a frequency knob, say Low Mid covering cutoff frequencies from 200-500Hz (centered at 350Hz), High Mid covering 700Hz-1.5kHz (centered at 1.1kHz).
The closest schematic I could find is from the Allen&Heath XONE:92 mixer, but it's not quite there since the middle bands are fixed frequency and the gain range only reaches -27dB in the middle bands. This schematic is also where I got the cutoff frequencies from. Is this a good starting point for a mod, or does anyone happen to have a schematic that's closer to these requirements?
