Well i guess if you count the face plate and metal work its a little more then $8 but the components including shipping were only $8 
this was built mostly because i had alot of spare parts laying around and i figured why not, i havent really seen any single space stereo units. the one input is on the back like normal, the xlr on the front is "input 2" the output is a stereo jack (you need a splitter from TRS to 2 TS for the output) thought it was a fun idea, just a simple ne5532 mic pre nothing fancy.
