This will be my "other buss compressor" I have a mono version and from what I can hear, I need a stereo version. I want my entire mix passing through this baby.

Just got my parts to build a 670 style signal amp but I have run up against some lack of understanding.
Theres a couple of different versions of the schematic. I am trusting the older one more.
On the power supply for the negative voltages - there are 3 taps - someone has written -6.2v, -17v, and -13v from left to right. Also the transformer has written beside it 30VAC.
Is this all correct? I would have thought the voltage at the tap connected to the choke would be much higher - in the region of -35v or something.
Am I missing something blatantly obvious.
Please help out a novice
 
thanks for not answering my questions - in the meantime I did some intense reading on tube amps and have managed to answer alot of my own questions.
