you can put some duct tape on the bottom and fill the cavity with some quick setting epoxy. let it cure and drill a hole through it. done. :green:

easy and cheap
 
Ok, so i know that we've identified that the black wires are the primaries, the orange are a set of secondaries, and the red are the other set of secondaries, has anybody figured out which wires are which in each set of 2.

Don't feel like killing myself today, help ould be greatly appreciated...
 
on a toroid it is most often easy to see turns direction when looking at the wire breakout points. If this is not clear, then connect two secondaries in series and measure voltage. If voltage is 2x Vsec, they're in-phase, if voltage is close to 0V, they're out-of-phase.
